Q: What customization service will you provide?

A: We offer a full range of services, including style, shape, size, material, logo, print, snap, package, etc. If you need anything, just let us know, and we will work with you at all times.

Q: I have my own product already, I want to custom the same as it. How to do about this?

A: Sounds great, if you can send us your original sample, it would be great to make the same as it. If you don't want to send the sample, you can send us a detailed specification sheet: including style, size, material, etc.

Q: I don't have my available sample, but I have some ideas, can I make it into a real product?

A: Yes, no problem. If you can provide a detailed specification sheet to explain the style, size, and material you want, this will be great. If not, you can draw it and make a simple explanation, our expert will discuss every detail with you via WhatsApp or video meeting to make things easier and clearer.

Q: We have our own brands, and now we want to upgrade our catalog.

A: Normally our expert will review with you your pain points in the past, and then will help you to improve from newly developed fabric, styles or functions, etc.

Q: I care about the earth, I also want to start cloth diapers, but I don't know how to start.

A: Generally, before you start, we will ask you to research your local market first about popular styles, popular fabrics, prices, and pain points customers need to solve, etc. Then we can review together and create a unique style for you on the basis of this information.

Q: Do you have any available stock for us to buy directly?

A: The big difference for Kingsoo is: that we don't have our own brand, and we don't produce any available stock. We are major in helping our customers to design and manufacture their unique style and grow together with our customers from small to big. We will be the back of your brand, then you can focus on the market, we are one team to work together.

Q: How will you charge us for sampling?

A: We have various kinds of fabric for you to choose from. If you don't need customization for fabric, then we only charge US$10/PC for sampling. Even if you only get one sample, for Kingsoo, we will have one team to work with you: an expert will directly discuss with you to know your requirements; then the designer will make a paper pattern, and the sampling sister will make one sample first. We will share a photo or video with you about the first sample details to see if you have any comments. If you want to change something, we will continue to make adjustments for you and make several sampling runs for you until you confirm it. Then we will make 2 samples, one for you to confirm, and another we will keep in record for future reference. So we will make at least 5-6 samples even if you only pay 1pc sample in order for you to get your satisfied samples. Our efforts on sampling are more deserved for this cost.

Q: How about your sampling time and who will bear the shipping cost?

A: Normally our first sample will be finished within 3 working days after a full discussion with you. And yes, you will bear the shipping cost. But we only work with a professional forwarder, which is low price, but safe, and also will help you to guide you about clearing customs if the package is inspected.

Q: What kind of format do you need for print and logo?

A: AI OR PDF, Both are workable.
